For the 5th time in the history of Golling, a village near the Salzach and overviewed by a huge castle, knights, mercenaries, lords and ladies are apporaching. For two days, you`ll be teared into a medieval atmosphere with authentic music and several attractions: Swordsplay, acting, re-enactement, medieval horse riding, craftsmen, merchants and guilds. Medieval societies and re-enactement groups from all parts of the world gather in the huge tent camp, where the medieval spirit is not shown, but lived.

Living history from South Tyrol to Bavaria meets in the Austrian part of Tyrol, uniting three states in own huge medieval ecent. Knight games and tournaments, the battle of Ehrenberg, medieval food and breverage, merchants` tents, children entertainment...

In front of the longest castle in Europe, fighters, mercenaries and other dedicated actors will appear. In historical armor and bearing the authentic weapons, they will tear you into the medieval history of Burghausen.
